The City of Pointe-Claire knows what an important issue parking is in the Pointe-Claire Village. It allows for residents to access local services, for clients from all over to shop at their favourite businesses and for employees to access their workplaces.
One of the objectives of the Pointe-Claire Village Special Planning Program is to improve the accessibility and use of parking spaces in the Pointe-Claire Village. To follow up on this objective, the City has undertaken to develop a parking policy with a team of parking experts. This parking overhaul will include optimizing the location and use of on-street and off-street parking and improving signage for easier identification of parking spaces.
